It might also be possible that it belonged to Moira herself, since she has the armor and is a girl like who she said the original owner was. So maybe that was the previous owner of the armor? Its a possibility anyway. When you talk to her about the book she is writing there is a speech option which gets her to talk about her failed experiments and she mentioned her last assistant being attacked by a Centaur and it is implied that assistant may have died. I had to sit through that thing repeatedly for a mod and it's the plain ol' Vault 101 jumpsuit. Just wanted to point out that in the end cutscenes for FO3, the LW is most definitely not wearing the Armored Vault Suit.
