AV Solutions will not be able to set up or service the SCM820 to address the Adobe Flash EOL until the new control program is available. In fact, the new control program for the Shure SCM820 will not be available until at least March 2021. Shure is working on solutions for all of their products. Shure has not released a fix for Adobe Flash for all of their products yet, such as the SCM820. Shure has shifted web management for their Microflex Wireless (MXW) systems to a software program. Lifesize will no longer be making firmware updates to the 220 Systems or any other older series.
